Founder Preorder Returns & Refunds

As this is a founder preorder product, all orders are reserved specifically for each customer before production and dispatch.

You may cancel your preorder at any time before your order has been dispatched for a full refund.

Once your order has been shipped, standard returns apply. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products showing signs of damage, misuse, modification or excessive wear may not be eligible for a refund.

Warranty

Every Alchemy Professional Hairdryer is backed by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including faults in materials, workmanship, electrical components, and the motor when used under normal professional conditions.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, normal cosmetic wear, or damage caused by incorrect use.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase. If the fault is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
