Membership and approval
The Collective is for relevant working hair professionals, salon owners and educators. Applications require Alchemy Professional’s approval. Membership must not be represented as employment or authority to act on behalf of Alchemy.
Qualifying referrals
The offer is a fixed £20 member commission and a £10 customer saving on a qualifying completed Alchemy Professional Hairdryer order. Other products are excluded unless expressly added to the programme by Alchemy. Only the Solo package qualifies; Duo, Team and accessories are excluded. Link attribution uses a seven-day, last-touch referral window and depends on tracking consent and successful attribution. The customer must enter their member’s code at checkout for the £10 saving, which applies to one Solo per order. Duplicate link and code attribution does not create duplicate rewards.
Validation and payouts
An order being placed does not make its commission payable. Payment must be successful and the sale must pass validation. Failed payments, cancellations, returns, refunds, fraudulent orders and artificial referrals may cancel or reverse commission. Alchemy manually reviews commissions for monthly PayPal payouts. Eligibility requires at least 60 days after sale, successful payment, fulfilment and completion of the applicable returns period. Pre-orders remain pending until all checks are complete. No automatic payout is promised. The maximum reward is £20 per qualifying order, including orders containing multiple Solo dryers; any provisional system calculation is checked against this limit before payment. Payout records are maintained in the programme ledger. These programme rules do not alter a customer’s returns policy or statutory rights.
Fair use
Self-referral commissions are not permitted. Do not create artificial referrals or misuse discounts. Collective codes must not combine with incompatible offers. Coupon aggregation sites require express authorisation. Do not describe your member code misleadingly as a universal public discount code.
Honest recommendations
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required. Use only verified and approved Alchemy information. Do not invent scientific or technical claims, performance figures, temperatures, wavelengths, awards, reviews or results. Do not imply that Alchemy has approved content that it has not reviewed.
Brand materials and information
Use supplied assets in accordance with Alchemy’s accompanying guidance. Applicant details and member information are not public. Information supplied for the programme is used to review applications and administer membership, referrals and payouts; see the privacy notice.
Abuse and support
Alchemy Professional may suspend or remove members for abuse, fraud or misuse. Contact Alchemy support with membership or commission questions.
