When you order, we use your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order details and payment status to fulfil our contract with you. Payment providers process payment details through Wix checkout. When you contact us, we use your message and contact details to respond, manage an order or resolve a complaint. Trade enquiries also include the business details you provide. If you register interest in straighteners, we use your email and consent to send relevant updates.
We use records needed for accounting and other legal obligations on that legal basis. Our legitimate interests include responding to enquiries, protecting our business against fraud and handling legal claims, balanced against your rights. Marketing consent, where requested, is separate from ordering; you can withdraw it or unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing and retention
Information needed to operate the store is processed using Wix and its service providers. Payment providers, delivery providers and professional advisers receive the information needed for their roles. We may disclose information where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

Website storage
The new storefront stores a Wix visitor session in your browser to maintain your shopping bag. Contact, trade and straightener-interest forms submit securely through this website to Wix Forms, where enquiries and corresponding contact details are stored. Wix-hosted checkout has its own cookies and privacy controls. Optional tracking requiring consent must wait for your choice.
