UK delivery
Delivery costs £3.99 for orders below £100 and is free for orders of £100 or more. Check the delivery option and final total at checkout before paying. International delivery is not currently offered.
UK delivery is estimated at 1–3 working days after dispatch. We send dispatch confirmation and tracking when your order leaves us. Transit estimates are separate from pre-order dispatch estimates.
Pre-orders
Full payment is taken at checkout for pre-orders. The Founder hairdryer currently has an estimated September 2026 dispatch. Estimates for other pre-orders will be shown on their product pages. We will contact you if the estimated dispatch changes. A pre-order does not remove your statutory cancellation or delivery rights.
Unless a different delivery time has been agreed, consumer orders must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. If an agreed deadline is missed, your legal rights may include setting an additional reasonable delivery period or ending the contract and receiving a refund, depending on the circumstances. Goods remain our responsibility until received by you or your nominated recipient, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier you independently commission.
