Returns and cancellations
For consumer purchases online, you may cancel before dispatch or within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. Pre-order products have the same cancellation rights. Email info@alchemyprofessional.com with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need our approval to exercise this right.
Send goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Return goods to Alchemy Professional Ltd, 35 Roman Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 6DZ, United Kingdom. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Pack goods securely. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory rights.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where legally permitted.
For cancellation of a whole order, we refund the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. Any additional charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If goods have not been supplied, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Faulty goods
Consumer goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods. After this, repair or replacement and, where the law provides, a price reduction or final rejection may apply. A manufacturer’s warranty does not replace these rights. Please contact info@alchemyprofessional.com with your order details and a description of the fault.

You may instead use any other clear cancellation statement.
The statutory cooling-off rights above apply to consumers. They do not automatically apply to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes.
