Alchemy Professional Ltd sells professional hair tools. Contact info@alchemyprofessional.com for order enquiries, cancellations, complaints and product support.
Prices are in pounds sterling. The product, quantity, delivery charge and final total are shown before you place your order. Check your delivery and contact details carefully. Payment is processed through Wix checkout and the payment providers available there.
Pre-orders are paid for at checkout, with estimated dispatch shown on the product page. You retain applicable statutory cancellation rights before and after dispatch. Please read our shipping and returns policies.
Goods supplied must match their description and the contract. We will not use changes to specifications, packaging or included accessories to remove your statutory rights. Future changes to these terms do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order.
If something goes wrong, email us with your order number and the outcome you are seeking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer rights apply where you buy wholly or mainly outside your trade or profession.
