Who can apply?
Working professional hairdressers, salon owners and educators. Alchemy reviews applications for relevance and suitability before granting membership.
What earns a commission?
A qualifying completed Alchemy Professional Hairdryer order attributed to your approved referral link or code earns a fixed £20 reward. Duo, Team, accessories and other products do not earn this reward unless Alchemy explicitly adds them later. The maximum commission is £20 per qualifying order, regardless of Solo quantity. A link and code used on the same order do not earn two rewards.
How does the customer save £10?
Approved members receive a unique referral code after Alchemy has checked and activated it for the £10 saving on a qualifying hairdryer purchase. The final discount is shown at checkout. The saving cannot be combined with incompatible promotional offers.
When is commission paid?
Commission first remains pending for sale validation. Eligible, approved commissions are included in monthly payouts. Alchemy reviews payouts manually each month via PayPal. A commission is eligible only after at least 60 days from sale and once payment, fulfilment and the applicable returns period have been checked. Pre-orders remain pending until these checks are complete. Failed payments, returns, refunds and cancellations may cancel the related commission.
Can I use my own code?
Self-referral commissions are not permitted. Fraudulent orders, artificial referrals and attempts to claim rewards through another identity do not qualify.
What can I share?
Use verified Alchemy product information and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required. Do not invent claims, reviews, awards or results. Approved imagery, talking points and campaign materials will be made available to members as the programme develops.
Are there rules for sharing my code?
Share it through genuine professional recommendations. Do not place codes on voucher or coupon aggregation sites without express permission, or misleadingly advertise them as universal public discount codes. Alchemy may suspend or remove members for abuse or misuse.
