Hairdryer warranty
The Alchemy Professional Hairdryer includes the advertised 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults under normal professional use. Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs and normal cosmetic wear are excluded from this additional warranty.
For a claim, email info@alchemyprofessional.com with proof of purchase, your order number and a description of the problem. We will explain the assessment and return process. Stop using a product that appears unsafe.
This warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Its duration and exclusions do not limit your consumer rights against the seller for faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods. See our returns policy for these rights.
