Where is my pre-order?

My hairdryer has developed a fault. What should I do?
The current product listing states a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults under normal professional use. Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs and normal cosmetic wear are excluded. Contact info@alchemyprofessional.com with proof of purchase for assessment. How do I request a return?
